This weeks how to is based around healthy eating habits. I also got this video clip from youtube and the username of the person/s who creates it was howcast. I also hope the video comes in handy and it helps.
I have to say that being a healthy person doesn't mean you have to eat the correct healthy foods, but you also have to excercise. Excercising is vital and you are also using the natural energy from the healthy foods.
Make sure you have breakfast every morning to boost up your motabilism and give you a kick start to the day. Lunch and dinner are also important because with lunch it gives you more energy and with dinner it helps with brain activity and blood flow. Water is also a refreshing way to keep you hydrated and healthy. It also gives you healthy skin, hair and nails.
What i am trying to say is DONT skip meals. It is unhealthy and you wont get enough energy.
This video gives you tips and tricks to help you become a more healthier you and helps you get in the program of healthy eating.
I will also give you a goal and that is to go for a run at least once a week.
